WE NOW ALSO OFFER COUNSELLING by both E-mail and by Telephone.
E-mail or telephone us for an initial assessment and we will together decide the method to use for further communication. we apply considerably flexability to accommodate everyone.
Telephone counselling is fairly straight forward, we make an appointment for a mutually agreeable time to do the session. Prior to the time you send us a cheque or postal order for £ 39,oo providing the telephone number is a UK land line. we will when you when call us at the agreed time and we conduct the counselling session over the telephone. For overseas and mobile numbers please ask for quotations, or arrange fo you to call us, providing your number register.
This method has some added advantages,
You do not have to leave your home and you do not have to reveal your full identity unless you wish to do so. We call you, so you do not get any funny numbers on the telephone bill, you will have paid for the call in advance.
E-mail counselling work slightly different in the respect that you send us an E-mail at henrikan@btinternet.com with your initial concerns and we will get back to you regarding payment and outcome of the initial assessment.
The fee for this service is £ 30.oo for initial assessment and a minimum of 2 E-mails The Maximum is determent by size of E-mails, do not worry there are plenty of room to express yourself.

REIKI HEALING BY DISTANCE HEALING:
Reiki is wonderful in the sense it does not rely on modern technology it has always been able to HEAL BY DISTANCE.
It works like this: You get in touch by phone mail or E-mail we agree a mutually agreeable time, usually in the evening when it is quiet.
I will telephone you shortly before and give you the exact time when the Reiki distance healing will take place, I when ask you to sit or lay with your eyes closed for 15 minutes, (it may be a good idea if you have someone who can call after about 20 minutes). I will send you the healing during the agreed time. For this session of Reiki healing I will need Your name and a breif description, better still a photograph. If you enclose a S.A.E.
we will be happy to return your photographs.
This distance Reiki Healing can be for yourself or as a gift to a loved one, as long as they welcome the healing with an open and positive mind.
The fee for this service is £ 12.50 including reminder telephone call.
VISUALISATION THERAPY.
This can be used purely for relaxation, but also as a method to analyse a problem you may have, this service is available in person, over the telephone as talking is necessary, we will however also send you a personalised tape to help you to overcome your particular problem.
Visualisation is a very ligh form of trance where you can visualise what you are told, this can help your analytical skills considerably as you are visualising your problem from several different angels.
Visualisation Therapy by telephone cost £ 39.oo for 60 minutes £ 20.oo for 30 minutes session including the telephonecall. Discression is guaranteed this way.

Caution:
Distance Counselling and Visualisation Therapy are both very effective for minor problems, they do however not substitute a real session where the therapist are able to pick up on body language and other forms of non-verbal cummonication. Reiki Distance Healing is however a recognised form of therapeutic healing, perhaps a little more suttle than a full treatment of Reiki Healing.
